Are Jars Céramistes products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, most of our stoneware collections are designed for daily use and are safe for both the microwave and the dishwasher. However, we recommend avoiding thermal shock and using non-abrasive detergents to preserve the glaze.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging specifically designed for ceramics. Each piece is individually wrapped in protective cushioning to ensure it reaches your home in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for ceramic goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo for an immediate replacement.
Why are there slight variations between pieces of the same collection?
Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop. These subtle variations in color, texture, and shape are the hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship and make every item unique.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
Can I use your ceramics in a high-temperature oven?
Our stoneware is fired at very high temperatures, making it naturally resistant. While most pieces are oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F), we advise against placing cold ceramics directly into a preheated hot oven.
