Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the ceramic pieces you wish to return and receive a printable shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap each item in its original protective padding and box to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only process refunds for items that arrive intact.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the returned stoneware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
